Start here: what kind of plan is this?
This planner prices Copilot Credits the way Microsoft bills them. Cowork and Copilot Studio agents draw from one pool of credits in the customer’s tenant, so the planner sizes them together, finds the cheapest way to buy the pool, and writes the settings that keep it from running out. Every number links to Microsoft’s published rate, and every field you do not have in the room keeps a sensible default. Pick the plan type that matches the conversation you are having; you can change it at any time without losing anything you have entered.
- Size itAnswer the Cowork questions, or describe each agent: who uses it, how often, and what it does.
- Pool and buyThe planner adds everything into one monthly pool and tests every way to buy it: capacity packs, a pre-purchase plan and pay-as-you-go.
- Leave behindPrint the one-page customer report and the guardrail settings sheet, copy the quote text for your provider, and save the session file.

Changing the plan type only changes what is shown: Cowork answers and agents stay in memory and come back when you switch. Keys: 0 returns here; 1, 2 and 3 open the tabs this plan type shows; C toggles customer view.
Customer view and auto-height need the page served over http(s). The Cowork calculator still works below, but its figures cannot reach the other tabs from a local file.

Low, middle and high move together across every lane. That overstates the spread a little; it is the honest way to show a plan that has not been measured yet.
